Very disappointing. Travelling to India for few days and ordered it. Completed damaged. The customer service will start the inspection which will take couple of days. They will not replace it or until the inspection is done. I understand the process but was expecting a better service.

I did not liked the 03 bleach it doesn’t gives results

The media could not be loaded. I used this product once, then the main gel turned into a liquid. I don't know what happened, as there were no instructions saying this could happen.Kind of disappointed.
