Received a Used, Incomplete Faucet – Total Waste of Time!
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The faucet itself may be great, but the one I received was clearly a previously returned and used item. It had visible smudges, and the box looked worn with markings from a remodeling project. On top of that, it was missing a crucial piece, making it completely unusable. This fiasco wasted my entire day as I had to find a replacement and wait for it to be delivered. I expect better quality control when purchasing a brand-new item. Very frustrating experience.

Quality faucet
Got this faucet for a bathroom remodel. Immediately out of the box I can tell this is high quality faucet. Came with everything needed to start using. Water pressure was perfect. The faucet just feels expensive with the quality of material. Looks amazing in matte black.
