My skin looks visibly better
I have rosecea and nothing improved my skin until I tried this. So happy with the results!

Helps reduce redness
I do wish skincare companies would stop adding niacinamide in everything, especially products that help reduce redness. A lot of people cannot handle niacinamide, so making a cream that helps take away redness only for it to have niacinamide, which breaks people out, is silly. If people want niacinamide, then they can buy it on its own; it's hard to find just azelaic acid on its own.I did try this cream, and it did help reduce redness, but my skin does not like niacinamide, so it broke me out. I would happily order it again if it did not contain niacinamide. If your skin can handle niacinamide and you have redness-prone skin, then give this cream a try. It's a high-strength azelaic acid, so the price is very fair.

Love it
I bought this to deal with my rosacea prone, sensitive skin. Recently I had started getting larger pores and pimples which may have been for a variety of reasons. So I did some research on active ingredients and Azelaic Acid and Niacinamide were some of the top ingredients for me. I wanted something with a higher concentration.I am not going to lie it does tingle slightly, it is however bearable, if you layer it correctly. For me the AHA and BHA serums/creams you leaver on really burn, so I now stay away from them. In the past I was using 12% PHAs which worked, but I found it wasn’t strong enough for me anymore, so I thought this would be a natural move up.To combat the tinkling I put this on first, let it dry and then do a hylauronic acid, followed by a richer cream with prebiotic peptides to help with barrier protection. My skin is noticeable less red, my pores are definitely getting smaller and less noticeable.I did also try it with the hylauronic acid first, followed by this cream - which resulted in a lot less tingling, but I was concerned I wasn’t getting the true benefit. So I swopped back to their suggested layering. If you have sensitive skin, make sure you use barrier protecting and hydrating products as part of your layering.I am not a fan of tons of layering. At most I usually do face wash, serum and cream. But, with this I feel I need the extra hydrating products. This will 100% be part of my skincare regime.

20% wow 👍
Definitely go 20% if like me you already are used to serums, creams that contain more than your usual counter percent of actives.I could feel the tingle straight away and layered with another well known booster.Very good strength and trusted brand compared to the others available. Can't wait to use the exfoliant next.Pores are less visible, trust it works eliminated flares could go on.

skin lightening cream
This cream comes in a small tube with a nozzle top making it easy to dispense the right amount. I’ve found it smooths on to my skin easily and is absorbed reasonably quickly. I’ve been using it on a couple of patches of skin on my jawline that became darkened after a rash I had last year and haven’t reverted to their normal skin tone. I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks, admittedly I don’t always apply it every night, which would probably give better results, but so far not a huge improvement but I will continue with it as there does seem to be slight lightening and I guess these things take a while to work their magic! The cream did cause a little bit of tingling and itching the first few times I used it but subsequent applications I’ve not noticed it so much.

Definitely working for me!
I could not be more impressed with this cream!I've been diagnosed with Rosacea and have been prescribed metrosa gel which helps with the spots but it's not a patch on this cream in terms of helping with redness. I did also Google the ingredients and Azelaic Acid is meant to be the best thing. It did really tingle at first when I put it on but by the end of week 1 my skin had got used to it and I don't feel it at all now.Really noticed the difference in just the first couple of days, since then it's tailed off a bit but I think that might be because I'm getting used to it, when I look at the pictures I can see a big difference! The tube is small and not cheap, but I've only been applying a thin layer so feels like this will last 2 or 3 months.Definitely worth it in my opinion!

Thick cream
I've been using a prescription 20% azelaic acid for some years, and find it great for rosacea acne. But I also have some dark spots now, and thought I'd try something with Niacinamide in it.A lot of people find that azelaic acid burns/tingles when it goes on, but personally it doesn't do this for me - feels no different than any other cream. It does have a nice viscosity too it tho - almost like petroleum jelly in thickness.I understand that it can take several weeks to notice a change in dark spots, and so I'm not too surprised that after almost 3 weeks I can't see any difference.Using it only on dark spots, I expect this tube to last a couple of months, so long enough to work if it's going to. Good value if you're just using it on dark spots, but if using it for your whole face (or just T-zone), it's going to be expensive.I plan to update this review once the tube is finished, to note any changes to dark spots.
