It’s an acquired taste
I like konjac noodles. The only recommendation I’d make, another brand suggested it, is to heat off the excess water after the final draining. I rinsed initial, put in bowl of water and microwaved a couple of minutes, drained and then put on grill

A great replacement for diabetic
Seen the reviews thought I would add my two cents since I look at reviews for different things to try. Are they like regular boiled noodles…short answer no but have been diabetic for last year and I’m always looking for new ideas to make new dishes. I’m the only diabetic in family so these packs offer great portions for single person or serving. My pallet has changed the last year. I haven’t had any spaghetti or any type noodles in years and after eating these I now have an option. Kind of remind me of authentic Korean noodles. Have just tried spaghetti pack haven’t tried others. Give them try if thinking about and skeptical think you’ll be pleasantly surprised

Amazing substitute if you are carb free
If you didn’t know they aren’t traditional pasta, you would never be able to tell the difference. I’ve shared with many friends who are gluten free or just don’t want carbs anymore. Perfect with sauce or even just butter salt and pepper.

better than miracle noodles
I like the thickness and length better than Miracle Noodles. Taste is about the same.

Healthy and delicious
I love Soeos konjak root noodles. They are ultra low carb (2.6g per serving for the spaghetti), gluten free and only 12 calories. The traditional wheat semolina pasta in my cupboard says 210 calories per serving and 41 g carbohydrate. My friend who is pre-diabetic says the konjac noodles have changed her life. I have also used heart of palm pastas which are good and similarly healthy but I prefer these because of the texture. They come off like rice noodles and are a very acceptable substitute for traditional wheat based pastas. I have fed them to many friends who like them as well as wheat pastas and appreciate that they are so much healthier. I have used other brands of konjak root pasta and find these to be just as good as the ones that cost more. Some other brands tell you to just add them to the sauce. These do tell you to rinse, boil, and then rinse again before adding to the sauce. I'm not sure if or why this step is essential but will experiment with just putting them right in the sauce after an initial drain and rinse. If you're concerned about calories, carbs, and gluten give these a try. You won't be disappointed. Bon appetit!

Not for me
These noodles just didn’t make the grade. I accidentally ate a baby squid in a seafood salad, and that’s the texture I was reminded of. They arrived quickly and were packed well, but simply not for me.

These Noodles Are The Real Deal
These noodles were delicious. We used the fettuccine noodles in soup and they really held up well with repeated heating. Thy have a great noodles texture. Easy to prepare.
