Excellent MB purity
I requested the third party heavy metal analysis for from the Vital Flow Amazon seller contact page (attached). I received a response and copy of the analysis within 24 hours. I was very impressed with the analysis. The analysis indicated that the levels of heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead) were not detected (< MDL) at levels considerably lower than the levels permitted by USP. The Method Detection Limits (MDL) used by the analysis laboratory were 1/10 to 1/100 less than the allowable USP limits. I found this analysis to be extremely impressive. I interpret the results that there are either no or certainly undetectable limits of heavy metals in Vital Flow's Vital Blu using very stringent analysis criteria. Check for yourself.I have experimented with dosages ranging between 1 mg (2 drops) to 20 mg (40 drops) per day. I found 10 mg divided into 2 dosages most suitable for myself. Five mg 30 minutes to an hour after breakfast and another 5 mg 30 minutes to an hour after a late lunch. MB does not interfere with my sleep. I take MB for 5 days followed by a two-day break.Initially I was mixing the MB with orange juice or grape juice. I found this gave me a little indigestion. I now consume it with a large glass of water and no indigestion. I find the taste to be palatable. Good luck in your MB adventure -- this is definitely the product you should buy.

Gentle, steady energy and clean ingredients
After trying other methylene blue products, I found VITAL BLU to be the best. It provides a steady, sustained energy lasting up to 12 hours. I use a dose of 0.5 mg/kg, and it works great.I requested the third party test results from the seller, and the test showed no heavy metal contamination, unlike the previous brands I was using.I was also pleasantly surprised as to how well the glass bottle was packaged. It was in a reusable container that keeps the light out, which is essential for methylene blue.Overall great experience with the product.
