I get a lot of muscle pain in my neck and shoulders and subsequent headaches. This stuff is great because it instantly eases the pain and helps my head but does not smell too strong or unpleasant, as other gels and creams sometimes do. It is non greasy and pleasant to use.

Works instantly on my arthritic hands and joints, damping the pain.

Gel seems to work ok and has none of the smell you get with a spray.
