It is good & strong proactive support from company to resolve issues in my experience.
Till one basket was full it worked well. When the basket was full the new paper got stuck. When reverse mode was turned on, even the shredded paper came above the roller & got stuck completely. Needed some unusual cleaning to get it working again. Post that the performance is average. It doesn’t accept the paper well. One has to try repeatedly ☹️!Then, the company support reached out & help resolve the issue. It is working fine now. I am impressed by the proactiveness of this company. They do care for customers.
