Do you need a label printer shipping labels - then buy this.OLD PRINTER-- I had a previous one by Mvgges that was working really well for a good year, but decided to start printing out sideways and would cause me to go through the software and finesse orientations that didn't make sense to get it to print right despite what it showed.THIS PRINTER - This printer seems to work flawlessly. I do not like how on boot it prints and retracts the paper to make sure it's aligned and sized whatever which I feel adds to the overall use of the hardware reducing life but who knows. What I can say, I installed the app on my phone and instantly printed one of my UPS labels I screnshotted and boom. No weird settings or anything just prints it once you select the standard size and orientation. So far it's a 9/10 simply because of the booting thing.

Took out of box and set paper roll in. (Just a little tricky to do but it's not too bad.) Note: make sure to study the pictures in the listing to catch all the parts to install, I didn't but still figured it out. If I'd have done that before it would have been a breeze.I decided to try it with a PDF file I have on my cellphone. It found the file very quickly through their app. I press print and BAM! like 1 second it shot out 6 sheets that were auto sized to fit on labels perfectly. It was my passport application) I gotta say I'm really impressed. Now all I need to do is see how well it can interface with online marketing.I will update!

I love my Thermal printer. Never buying ink is such a great deal. Printing all my labels, and saving all my ink, and paper. Plus this thermal printer doesn’t cost nearly as much as a regular printer does. This thermal printer is better than a lot of then is there’s a place inside the printer to hold the labels. I had another one, but I had to send it back. There was no place to put the labels. You had to buy another piece to hold the labels, or lay them on the table.. This thermal printer prints really well. The labels are always clear and easy to read. It’s super easy to load. The other thermal printer you would loose one label each time, with this one you don’t. It prints really fast too. As soon as you send it to the printer it prints. I’ve never seen something print as fast as this thing does! I’ve bought several different kinds of labels some good, some bad if you want to look at the labels you can go under my reviews.

The printer works great although it isn't as clear as I would have liked. I couldn't figure out how to print it from ebay asside from the PDF but then that wasn't the best either because the margins weren't aligning and I couldn't figure out how to print it so it was the actual size. I had to make it 80%. It works great from stamps.com perfectly though.

Dymo 4XL (autocorrect wants to change that to “dump 4XL,” which is appropriate) crapped out right before shipping deadline on a Friday. Watched every YouTube video on fixing it, tried everything, nothing worked. Ok, cool, you get the boots. This is the penalty for failure. New printer was here the next day at a fraction of the price. Solid, proven design (seems like a copy of a printer from 20 years ago), prints fast, installed quickly, interfaces with our shipping software. The 4XL is almost 10x the price, Which would be worth it if it were made in the USA and was a durable, quality product with good support. But it’s not. If I’m buying cheap Chinese crap, I want to pay a cheap Chinese crap price. Overall I’m very pleased.

Printer works great. Had a slight issue when I was setting up (buyer error) and customer service walked me through how to fix. Super easy to use and great customer service.

Terrible product - incredibly frustrating to use. Only connects via bluetooth which sounds ok in theory until you have to constantly turn it off and back on and it must sit right next to your computer hard wired to work. Such a joke. When it prints it's awesome but 99% of the time I go to use it I get angry. Should be simple - it's not.

Only had for 1 day so far but man this thing is awesome! Shockingly fast and app is super easy to use. I also love that the roll of paper goes inside the printer unlike most small thermal printers out there. Definitely makes it even more compact. Highly recommend.
