Beautiful whiskey and that is not just the bottling
Fantastic whiskey although quite steep at the price without age statement.Quite complex at 46% and my recommendation is to enjoy it neat or all the complexity melts away.I tried a very decent and favorite 15 year old single malt in between a couple of drinks, and it felt weak and watery in comparison.Definitely better than any 18 year old single malt I had with the exception of MacallanPrice point is lower than most 21 year old single malts so fits the bill for special occasions very nicely without going overboard on pricing.

Simply the best whisky I have ever had and having sampled dozens of whiskeys I can definitely say this is worth the £120 mark up! Sit down and enjoy a perfect glass of single malt whiskey. The design and packaging is very impressive it gives it the luxury feel that the taste matches just as equally!

SAFETY SEAL WAS BROKEN - AMAZON DENIED REPLACEMENT
Placed an order as the price was very good at the time. Upon delivery the bottle had no plastic seal. I messaged Glenmorangie and they confirmed all bottles are sealed with plastic around the cap area.Amazon made me send pictures of the bottle 4 times and accused me of using a picture from the internet but this was to show the plastic seal. In the end their live chat would not help me and kept repeating that they cannot do anything. BE CAREFUL IF YOU PURCHASE FROM AMAZON

I was hoping not to like this Whisky because it certainly isn't cheap
I was hoping not to like this Whisky because it certainly isn't cheap, however this was right up my street. Smooth with vanilla, spice and candied fruit notes, this is a whisky to be savored and enjoyed. This whisky is warming and decadent and it pains me to say this, worth the money! Trying to save it for special occasions, such as getting home safely, a Friday, the weekend, being home alone or having company!

Another fantastic Glenmorangie whisky
I’ve been enjoying this whisky a lot over the past few weeks. Admittedly it didn’t impress me that much with the aroma however the creamy/coffee texture is delicious. I won’t go into tasting notes to bore you however I would certainly recommend this whisky if you enjoy Glenmorangie and are looking for something different (also makes for an excellent gift to someone special or to yourself ;).

I was excited to receive this malt!
I am a Glenmorangie fan and the brand is my absolute favourite. I was told by a whisky expert that in his opinion, the Signet was one of the finest malts ever made. The bottle and box are of a very high quality and beautifully presented. I was however disappointed by the malt itself which to me tasted quite unremarkable. To be fair, in a blind taste test, if you were sampling the Signet against an average £35 bottle of malt, you would undoubtedly think the Signet was superior. However, if you are a fan of Glenmorangie Nectar de or, Bacalta or Astar, the Signet at (£130 -£140) is more than twice the price and not as good (for my palate anyway).3 stars
