All the straps are adjustable so just a bit of experimenting finds the right position for comfort and weight balance between your shoulder blades or a bit lower down. The fabric is tough and waterproof sufficient for a one hour walk or longer. I reckon if the NHS can give me a £3k portable oxygen concentrator then I can pay for a backpack to carry it. Incidentally the concentrator does come with a very nice carrier but it's a shoulder strap style not a backpack so not suitable for longer periods of carrying. Very pleased with this one, it's rugged and well made.

My husband has been on oxygen for a while now and hated the Inogen One G5 bag. I searched high and low for these and when I found it, got it straightaway.He is happy with the weight distribution during our walks. No tired shoulders.

The material and built quality is good. Nicely padded and soft. The straps also seem robust and comfortable while wearing it. Apparently, I expect it to be durable and last longer.Arrived in plastic packaging. The price is slightly expensive in my opinion.Overall, I am happy to own it and will recommend.

Does the job for holding POC and is easier when walking

I had bought another make which Amazon are refunding as it was so inferior to this one, which has strongly connected straps and is properly designed for only £4 more. Great pocket and strap holders for the breathing tube, a hole for charging without taking the machine out, waist and chest straps for great comfort, much cheaper than inogen's own. I have ILD and this pack enables me to easily garden etc. Buy it!
