Just as advertised. The surprise is rubber bushings in the mounting holes to dampen any vibration. I installed and tried it... Worked perfectly. Held the 27 psi I inflated it to. Smoothed out the surges in my RV water system

The fix for the on , off ,on ,off rv pump syndrome. Easy to install, with some basic understanding of RV plumbing types. Its not so large that finding a spot is any problem at all. Now when I turn on the water partial not full, the pump can run solid sessions rather than pulsing on and of rapidly. Seems to quiet the sound of the pump as well. I wish I had gotten this sooner.

should be zero stars just a piece of c**p leaks everywhere just does not work sending it back I don't know what they were smoking when it was designed but that was no go either

I had to return it, It was not pressurized to 20psi and when I tried pressurize it the diaphragm leaked

Don't but this thing. My water pump quit, so I thought installing a reservoir with the new pump would be a good idea. This one is not worth a dime. I hand tightened the fittings, it sprayed water. I tightened a little more with pliers, maybe an eighth of a turn and the adapter snapped. Used the second adapter included with this junk, it steady dripped and I could not stop it.UPDATE:I spent $25 dollars and bought hose, clamps and brass elbows to hook this to the water pump, with absolutely no stress on any connection. As shipped, the water pump mounts at a different height than the accumulator, which stresses the adapter that comes with it. I used Home Depot parts to do my connecting setup, but RV's have a bastard size to everything, so I had to adapt it all. Get the parts from an RV parts place and it should be quicker and easier, just "toy expensive."Now the system works as advertised, it is much quieter, the pump doesn't start any where near as often. Before I could hear the pump run while in the end of my camper, now I can't hear it at the kitchen sink and the pump is within five feet of me. I am partially deaf, so results may vary.Ending: I like the system with this accumulator in line, but I do not like having to adapt it to my system. So, knowing what I know now, I would not buy this one, I would find one that hooks into the water system properly.Note; I did not say it's pretty. ;)
