Best service and customer care support
4 star for the product5 star for the service by Sourav.Within a weeks’s usage the seat nut from right side gone, food tray’s one side knob came out and basket turned out. But the material and pipes are sturdy. After this I have informed luvlap customer care with photos and video and was waiting for their response ! To my surprise they have literally sent me almost entire product replacement parts which is overwhelming from any product support. This solves my issues. Thank you so much luvlap customer care support and Sourav for your service and support.

I love the stroller the inbuilt qualityof stroller is pretty good. I installed it by watching the video but I was unable to fold it. So I called the luvlap customer care unit. The girl name Yasmin assisted me very well via video call and I am able to solve the issue with in 2 min. Thank you Yasmin for your assistance..😊

Good sturdy stroller with one Design flaw.
Got it last Sept 2024. So, usage is close to 7 months.At the time of assembly, had some issues as the product didn't have couple of washers ( small rings) required to fit the wheels. Bought it from a local electrical shop and assembled it.Product quality is very good. Smooth movement. Collapsible and expandable easily.also lock availble to collapse and carry it around.One issue with design is the seat lock is far away from the backrest. Ideally it should have been near to the backrest. I got it re stitched from a local tailor so that the baby doesn't slide and is able to properly sit with back resting agaisnt the back wall.

Lock pin doesn’t hold after folding easy wearing of the materily used
The lock is not working after 3 uses. Its as only one side lock pin . After folding the lock pin open automatically
