I just finally finished a tile wall and backsplash in the kitchen and this sealer kit made it super fast and easy. not only did the kit arrive with the actual bottle of sealer, it also had a sponge, a foam paintbrush, a soft towelette, and the sprayer attachment. I was very pleased with how well it covered the tiles and it made the new gout look great! It was easy clean-up and I was done in no time! I consider this product to be money well spent. It doesn't have a strong odor at all and I'm confident that it will effectively seal the area and look great for a very long time.Happily recommended.

So needed!
My grout was wearing out and allowing water to seep in between my tiles. Per the directions, I cleaned the floors and applied the product with the sponge provided. It was terribly easy. It took 2 bottles and about 90 minutes to do my kitchen and dining area. After drying, my kitchen floor looked so much better. Better than normal cleaning. Now it has been about a week since I did it and my floor is stayed cleaner, plus grime isnt getting stuck in the grout's groves and sticking to my feet.Highly recommend, and I will be repurchasing

Tiled Shower Grout Sealed
The product worked great and the spray bottle helped for the larger areas. The sponges that were sent pretty much fell apart, so make sure you have applicators. Goes a long way, so have a lot left for future use. Would purchase again.

Great Stuff!
It came with a sponge, applicator, sprayer and very nice polishing cloth. I cleaned my grout and applied 2 coats of this. Not messy and no odor. I’m hoping it holds up well and protects the grout. Grout cleaning is a messy job and a lot of work. I sealed it originally 27 years ago and it held up until the last couple years. Not a fun job but glad I did it. The original grout color came back. I used Lysol tub and tile cleaner on the grout. You have to let it sit for about 10 minutes and then I scrubbed with a tooth brush. Lots of rinsing with clear hot water.

Effective grout sealer
I followed instructions and applied 2 coats on the new grout and tried to keep it dry for a day or two. The repaired 80 year around tile around my sink now looks so much better with the new grout, and I noticed the water beading up. Probably needs to be reapplied once in a while. It doesn't have any unpleasant smell.

All I needed at the time
The kit includes everything I needed to get job done. (New backsplash in the kitchen). Don’t know how long will it last without need to reapply. Will keep you updated.

thin and difficult to evenly spread
As my title suggests, I found this surprisingly thin when I sprayed it, and as a result it didn't really spread evenly, or as easily as I'd hoped. That being said, it did clean up well, and once dry you couldn't really tell I'd done kind of a sloppy job. There are plenty of extras included to help with this like gloves, a couple of sponges, etc. Maybe I didn't shake the bottle enough before I sprayed...
