Try a Black Paper Sketchbook for a Change!
We decided to try a black paper sketchbook for a change. We love how the colors pop off the black background. This sketchbook is the right size for a newbie. The price was right and it is a good change in making your drawings seem more unique. The paper is good quality and the markers we are using did not bleed through. Easy to use and the weight of the paper is perfect. I would recommend this to any artist or child wanting to try something new!

A bit thin, but not bad
This is good for metallic markers - I used some metallic acrylic paint markers on it with great results, and some Sakura Jelly Roll pens, also metallic. Some show up better than others, but that also just be the pens, since I don't use them very often. I tried using some sparkly watercolors on this paper, even though it's not meant for wet media, and it did okay. I didn't do layering, just playing around with the colors. They show up well, and while there was some warping, it wasn't too bad.
