Didn't work as expected
My doctor said that alphalipoic acid would help with my leg cramps at night. He said I'd have to find the dosage for me. I started with 600 mg, and it didn't help so I doubled it....still nothing. I'm not going to triple these horse pills each day, so I'm going to say it didn't work for me. I did find a product called Leg Cramps (am or pm), and they work perfectly.
