It feels sturdy and well-built — easily supports two adults with a combined weight close to the 900 lbs capacity it claims. The wood is smooth and nicely finished, and the gliding motion is very soothing. I also love the built-in cup holders — super handy for morning coffee or evening drinks.Assembly took a bit of time (about 1.5 hours), but the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it feels solid and looks great on my porch. Definitely a great value for the price. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, stylish, and functional outdoor seat!

Worst investment ever. After months of looking for the perfect fit, my expectations came up short. Chair fell apart immediately after test sit. Loveseat rocker the same in 1 side. Not only directions are misleading. Screws were labeled wrong. Cheaply made. As soon as I took out of box, wooden pierces broke off ends of structure. Sent request tk return and was given only 1 return planned for 2 boxes that were sent as well as expected to pay the shipping to return these large pos. Decoded to use as fire wood. Very disappointed. I worked hard and searched hard for an outdoor set that was affordable and would suit my needs. I got slapped in the face with this item and lost money I can’t afford to lose.

After reviewing the reviews, I nearly returned this bench. To assist the purchaser, I decided to write this review.1. The parts are all packed very well and I had zero damaged parts. Quality wise, I had no issues.2. The instructions were a little confusing and could use some clarification, this next section will clarify issues.A. Page 3, pay close attention to the orientation of the top arm rest, the leg with the largest angle is to the back, the blocks on the arm rest to the outside. The instructions are there, but pay attention.B. Page 4, Place the bolts (L) in legs and bench seat first, do not tighten. Add the back section and add bolts (K). After all bolts are inserted (and nuts loosely placed on bolts), place the bench on a flat surface before tightening. I highly suggest using an impact driver to tighten the bolts. The wrench supplied is totally inadequate, thus could result in a wobbly bench.C. Page 5, the base has a front and back, which is NOT identified. The taller leg is the front. When connecting the bench to the base, be certain the front is to the front of the bench.D. Page 6 & 7, the screws (N) are too short to connect the nut once the screw was inserted through the bench, washer and slider. With impact driver, I tightened the screw with washer and nut on each hole to pull the screw into the wood, thus providing enough length to get the nut attached when placing the slider on. This must be completed 8 times , one for each hole. Pay close attention to which side the screw is inserted to the bench and base. Not clearly identified, the washer should be between the slider and wood, insert screw and add washer, followed by the slider then nut.I hope this helps, it would be very frustrating to attempt to repackage and return this item.I find this bench to be as good of quality as a $500 bench sold at other retailers. I would recommend this bench following my clarifications and suggestions.

Contacted company about the issue I had. The company made all the right moves and provided new glider. The company has a customer service team that provided excellent service. The customer service team was with every step of the way! Great job!

Very cheaply made. Directions were confusing and inaccurate. Piece of crap!!!

I bought this one as it was rated for heavier weight. Pretty flimsy and would not trust it for 350 or more. Just looks and feels cheap.

Had it set up in no time—clear instructions and all parts included. No hassle at all!
