I always wanted one of these to improve my flexibility in my legs. I have noticed that it has improved my posture and flexibility. My legs are long so I wish the pad rests were longer so I can get a better stretch but for now it is a great machine to start with.

I have been using this leg stretcher for a week now and I really like it. It's comfortable, the side pads fit my knees well, I can stretch a lot of areas with it, it requires no assembly, it's a great product.
