More pigmented than summer fridays by alot

I was a little skeptical about this. The tube is solid, so you can't really tell the color of the balm and when I removed the lid, a good bit had squished out. It looked very brown, but I thought I would try it anyway. The applicator tip makes it a little hard to see how much is actually out and I put on WAY too much. It also did not look good on me and I did have to blot a good bit off. Clearly a little goes a long way with this. When I had less on, the color is barely noticeable and more natural looking. It has a really nice vanilla smell.I've been using it all day, exclusively, for the past several days and my lips actually feel better than when I was using a store-bought lip balm. I definitely use a small amount so it will last a while. The applicator tip is curved a bit which I like better than the ones that are flat. The tube isn't really pocket-size, so be aware of that.I'm also a bit of a freak about the ingredients for things I put on my face and especially on my lips. All of the ingredients of this checked out okay. I would absolutely get this again and would love it in something like a rose/mauve shade. I think it does a better job of giving a bit of color but also real protection (unlike my other lip glosses).

I like the subtle color of this lip balm. It adds good moisture and gloss to my lips. The applicator's shape makes it easy to spread on your lips. My dislikes were that it does not smell anything like vanilla which was one big reason for me ordering it. The other was the price is too high. Yes, it's a good lip balm but not worth the price especially if it does not have the vanilla scent or flavor, as it states.

This is terrific lip butter balm and I love the glossy shine that it offers. Although I don't know a lot about the ingredients listed, they seem much better than many others that contain things I want to avoid. This is the Vanilla Beige balm and the scent is nice and the balm is moisturizing and feels good on my lips. They provide a curved applicator on the tip, which helps. Don't squeeze too hard b/c you'll get too much, and you don't need a lot to do the trick. The color is subtle and I like it very much.

This lip butter balm is a little pricey, but it does soften and hydrate my lips nicely. I was concerned the color would be dark, but it actually provides a nice light glossy color. There's a hint of vanilla flavor, too.

This review is for the Makari vanilla beige lip balm. It comes in a squeeze tube with a weird shaped divot on the part where you apply it to your lips—I really don’t like the tube where it dips, because it’s awkward to place your lips into the divot. The color is pretty, a kind of mauve rose color that’s not too heavy. The balm is somewhat thick and a little hard to squeeze out of the tube. It feels decently moisturizing. A very subtle scent of vanilla to it. I like this, and if you are looking for a pretty lip balm with a little bit of a scent, this one is good.
