Great book to have
Excellent way to create a ritual of daily self motivation and empowerment to achieve certain goals, long and short term. Sitting with this book a few minutes a day can manifest a routine pattern of mini achievement self reflection n planning so that seemingly unreachable goals become more realitisic n possible to achieve. The content is well thought out. The book is well made n durable. Some areas need more space to write out thoughts but at the same time the limited space forces you to be concise n to the point with a clear goal. Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone on a journey of success, self improvement, /or discipline.

If you've tried everything to get motivated
I'm about a week into using the book and I do notice a change in my attitude, my consistency, my anxiety..as does my partner. I'm loving the change and appreciate taking care of myself instead of worrying and being stuck in my bad thoughts!!!! And I've tried everything to get out of this funk

Surprisingly useful
I've read through this and used it for a few weeks now.Overall, I like the structure. The authors provide a good amount of the "what and the why" without falling into the trap many authors seem to make of "cramming 10 pages of information into 100." I also like how it breaks down the effort into pieces by "phases" over 20 weeks and by weekly focus areas within those phases. It's also nice that it combines information and a journal, so everything is in one place.That said, and these are my subjective thoughts, there are a few areas where it could be better. For me, starting off with one focus/priority is more helpful rather than setting three at the same time right in week one (Mental, Spiritual, and physical). There could also be more information on replacing bad habits with better ones. I would also step back at each stage and ask myself what the most important thing I can focus on in this stage is. I think this is a broader point about spending extra time breaking your goals down into manageable pieces. This book supports this idea but feels too sparse relative to its importance. Doing this kind of reflection helped me reduce the breadth of effort and deepen the mental and physical resources so I could focus on the most critical efforts and move forward.It would also be nice if the authors gave some links to references to go deeper on any particular topic. They talk a lot about the research they have done but don't really refer to supporting information about that research. I'm not talking about right in the body of the book since that would just be distracting, but at the end, it would be helpful and support the idea that they really did do the research, and this isn't one person's take on what to do.Net, for the price and approach, this is worth getting. From an initial perspective, it has helped me to move forward in certain areas of my life. However, like any "course," you'll need to take what they share and personalize it more to your needs.

Estoy fascinada con éste libro/diario, me ha estado ayudando a ser constante y hacer buenos cambios.
Me encantó este diario ya que me ha ayudado mucho para mejorar mis hábitos diarios.Viene con una explicación de lo que significa “Kai Zen” que significa: Buen cambio.Me ha llevado a pensar en los buenos hábitos que tengo y los malos hábitos que necesito cambiar.También ayuda a saber cuál es la meta a la que quiero llegar, además abarca 3 áreas principales:- Física- Mental- EspiritualTodo para llevarte a un cambio en éstas áreas.Aunque todavía no he terminado el libro, y apenas llevo las primeras páginas, ya me ha hecho pensar mucho en todas las cosas que quiero mejorar, y las que he dejado a un lado sin terminar, en los cambios que quiero hacer y si quiero ver un cambio genuino.Este libro/diario me está ayudando a ser constante.Me gustó mucho que te lleva precisamente a ser constante en las metas que quieras fijar diariamente.La calidad del libro es muy buena, es de pasta dura, y la letra es muy legible.Me pareció de tan buena calidad que no he querido escribir sobre el mismo libro, y decidí usar un cuaderno para ir llevando mis notas ahí.Y es que incluye varias partes que de lo que vas leyendo, te va dando tareas a realizar, preguntas a contestar que algunas con buenamente “confrontativas", porque son como si fuesen un espejo que te lleva a darte cuenta donde te encuentras.Son muy prácticas todas las lecciones, y ciertamente lleva un tiempo poderlas contestar las preguntas y los ejercicios brindado.La verdad, hasta ahora, estoy fascinada, me ha encantado mucho.Realmente es un libro/diario super recomendable!

Very nice self-reflecting guide
This is a very nice self-reflection/goal-setting guide. It is very much a self-directed situation, so you have to have some type of schedule/will power to make sure you do this. They suggest doing this every day. I think that is likely the best way to use it, but I think you could also make sure of it at a different timeline as long as that timeline is consistent.The physical quality of the book is quite nice and will last a long time, so you can write it in and it should be around for years for you to be able to go back and see how you progressed or your general thoughts at the time.Overall, this is a great tool to add to any professional/personal development that you might be working on -- definitely recommend.
