Update: It stopped working and the handle fell off after about a month of use. Dropping review to one star.Does a great job but already having problems and making a lot of noise after just a couple of weeks of use

Just opened the box, and the handle is broken. I have not used it yet.

Stopped working after about 5 weeks. And it’s not even used daily. Maybe 3 times a week! Do not waste your money!!

I'm confused. My item arrived on time. However, the picture above (same as when ordered) shows no handle on this item and when I got the item it shows a handle on the box. When I opened the box, the handle was broken off the unit. I guess that would take out the durability part. It appears it could be someone else's return, or they just did not care at the manufactures facility when it was packaged. You can clearly see the plastic over the place where the handle should be. The item does not appear to have been used with product. I tried the Frother and it works ok. I'm not too concerned with it not having a handle. My one at home does not have a handle.

The handle was broken

This foamer worked fine, with a good design and ample foam, but crapped out after 3 1/2 months, even with the motor engaged when I turned the unit on, but producing no foam at all! I used all the possible fixes listed in the directions to no avail.
