I like it
I used this with my nieces when they came over for the weekend. I feel like they fell asleep pretty easily and I don't believe that's typical for them. Normally I would say that it's difficult to tell whether it was just the full days that we had or this product but I also tried it myself. I use three sprays instead of just the two recommended for kids. I felt like it was very effective. I love that it does not give a hangover like melatonin does and comes from a reputable seller. Thank you Bach remedies!

So far.... nothing
My kiddo likes the taste but it hasn't helped yet. It's convenient to use but it doesn't help.I'll keep trying it and if I figure out what I could be doing wrong, I'll update. But so far, it's not even comparable to our usual nighttime gummy.

Kids Sleep Aid
This Rescue Sleep kids spray is very simple to use. Just a couple of sprays on the tongue. My 5 year old granddaughter didn't like the taste and it didn't help much.

All natural homeopathic sleep aid
This sleep aid spray for kids actually worked pretty well. I’ve used this on myself and my daughter a couple of times now and I have to say, we both did get a good nights sleep! I love that this is all natural and it doesn’t have any melatonin in it. This is also sold at Target stores as well.
