We love our chandelier, hard to put together although we figured it out. Excellent customer service. One of the glass covers came chipped and they sent out 4 replacements! We needed to make the hanger longer. They even sent out another to attach to the one we had. We ended up making our own because we needed it even longer. Used Their hardware.I think the quality is great for what we paid. It looks so high end. Just make sure you have someone to install if your not handy.

The look and size of this light was exactly want I wanted. The majority of the light is metal and well built. The company was easy to work with and even quickly sent a replacement globe for one that broke during shipping. As others have stated you do have to assemble this light which does require you to remove the plastic panel from each piece of the light and connect the structure and electrical. It isn't difficult but takes some time. I spent about an hour on assembly. The screws that come with the light are soft will strip very easily. Make sure you have a flat point on your Phillips bit and it won't give you any issues. I also used the G4 led bulbs and had no issues with power/transformer. They are a little tricky to insert but that's the nature of the G4 bulb. Would definitely recommend this light.

Love love the modern design. Quite a conversation piece when entering the room. Best to hire an electrician for easy install as I did. It is a large stunning piece and definitely a show stopper. Customer service from the seller was fantastic and prompt when asked for an additional piece. It is quite sturdy and well made. Great looking in daytime but especially during the evening.

It was not that difficult to figure out assembly. What I liked is that you can change the position of any branch to give it and entirely different look. I purchase one a couple years ago and are now selling that house. The new buyers demanded the light stay, so I bought another for my new home. It is very unique and gets positive comments all the time. Highly recommend.

Beautiful chandelier. Stunning to look at and so many countless ways to angle the branches.Instructions to put together are the tough spot. They’re very vague and you’ll have to figure it out on your own. After some inspecting you will understand it. The screws for the arms aren’t the best as a couple of the branches on mine are a little loose because the screws got easily stripped. You’ll want to ensure you install the hook & eye on both ends of the pole so the chandelier has wiggle room to adjust itself and balance. I learned this the hard way after having it installed then having to bring it back down because it was crooked. If you follow my guidance above you will absolutely love this chandelier with no headaches that I went through!!!

This fixture is very well made. It does take time to build but very worth the effort. When buying led light bulbs measure inside the glass before you buy them. One glass had a crack and I contacted the seller. They shipped a replacement right away at no cost. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this light is a BIG waste of time. My husband spent 3 hours trying to put the elbow's together, but they just continued to fall out because how can something heavy be held up by such a SMALL little piece!!!!There is little to NO instruction, and the video that is offered is a complete JOKE!! HAHA How does waving a red stick around teach the buyer anything?We are so sad because this light LOOKED like it would be beautifully unique. We are so sorry that we even wasted our time.

This chandelier looks beautiful, had an electrician install it in our new home. The electrician commented it was quite tricky to install. Bought this chandelier back in 2019 when I was living in the US. Moved back to Asia and unboxed it in Dec 2023 (four years later!), and thankfully everything was in working order. Voltage is 240v where I’m currently living in Asia, and there were no problems with voltage despite having purchased the chandelier in the US (although the chandelier was made in China). The package came with one extra glass rod, but it was unfortunately broken during the move. For info sharing purposes, in Asia, the bulbs for this chandelier are called “G9” bulbs. All in all, stunning chandelier, would recommend to purchase it, it is compatible with voltage in Asia (240v), and get it installed with the help of an electrician!
