I have lost so much weight that I developed a pressure sore. Very small but painful. As part of my treatment I needed to be sure I shifted my position often. The most helpful item I found were these cellular jell pads. The helped me to shift positions easily that I healed very rapidly. Highly recommend.

Hard to imagine a more comfortable seat cushion for the car or office.Saved my butt on a 1500 mile trip.Only thing that could be better is cover. It's pretty good but the cushion itself is awesome.Blue seems a bit softer than the black. Would recommend the blue option.

Just received, so it's too early to comment on durability, but first impressions are:A. The size is incorrect. It's stated as 18.9"X17.7", but the one I received is 17.5" square. Not a deal-breaker for me, but not as advertised. Be advised.B. The gel grid is way too soft to provide proper cushioning on a hard surface like a metal or wooden chair seat or bench. It bottoms out easily under my 150lbs/68kg on those surfaces. I have a couple of Purple Mattresses at home that I love, and collapsing gel columns work fantastically if designed properly for the weight you have to support. These are just too soft to do the job properly.I'd say it's best used on top of a firm, but already cushioned surface to add a bit more cushioning. It works well enough in a mesh office chair, and would probably work well in a fabric camp/stadium chair also. Just don't expect it to hold you up on a hard surface.

My husband loves it. He has to have it in his chair all the time. He says it's very comfortable. It is well made and very durable. I'm so glad I purchased it

I ordered this cushion based on a recommendation from my dad’s physical therapist for his wheelchair. He’s had it for about 3 months and no complaints from him. Dad feels comfortable.
