Quality natural bristles
These are natural bristle brushes. Very functional and great value for the money. We only needed the large size brush and you can't beat the price. They're perfect for painting, whether you use oils or acrylics.

Love them!
I bought them for use with oil paints, so I needed a stiffer brush. (The fan brushed I already had were too soft.) These are perfect. I have avoided fan brushes because they have a different feel. I needed these to get the effect that I was going for. The fan made it easy for me.

Nice and thick compared to others
I purchased different ones of this type of paintbrush and I found this one to be the best. It has lasted me a lot longer than the other ones. I'm ordering some more.

Decent quality firm fan brush
A natural bristle fan brush should be relatively firm/stiff and these are just right. They get only 4 stars because I think the brushes could have more densely packed filaments. But I don't think you will find fans with greater density without shelling out a lot more money than these cost. So, overall, I judge these to be a pretty good value.

Long handled great for all levels
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this is a very nice set of fan brushes. I purchased them to have a fan brush to pack into my plein air kit so I didn’t have to keep taking my studio brush out in the field. I will be taking them out for a real test in the field soon with a 30-day plein air adventure, but at this point they seem to be of better quality than even my more expensive studio fan brushes.

Good quality
I am new to painting with oil (Bob Ross baby steps 😀) For a rookie they helped make happy clouds and trees look like they should!

Not my choice for wet on wet technique of oil but still pretty good quality overall.
These were pretty good but really didn't work well with my oil painting wet on wet technique, they are a little too soft. They probably would work great for acrylics or more fine art style of oil painting, (not sure). They do feel comfortable in my hand and are pretty good for the money. I haven't used them that often as they are too soft so don't know how they hold up.

Brushes.
The bristles are too course for glazing of pottery. I ordered the Hake brushes later.
