Q: How do you wire these IDOTODO ceramic heaters to 110v circuit?

Hello, we have understood your confusion. There is no need to differentiate between positive and negative poles on both ends of our far infrared red light tubes. Either end of the tube can be connected to the firewire. Three far infrared red light tubes are connected in parallel to the 110v circuit to work properly! If you are directly replacing the original lamps in your sauna, just follow the original wiring to connect the heater to your sauna in the same location and with the same wiring! In addition, if you find that the filament in the lamp is broken during installation, please contact us at the first time, and we will replace the lamp with a new one for you!

Q: do i need an addition heat source in a sauna?

The red light gives off heat, I think you would be fine without an additional heat source, my sauna has 4 of the infrared style and gers up to 145 degrees. I replaced one with red light and it still heats up to 145 degrees
