I love this and my dog does too!!! It is the one I’ve been looking for since I’ve owned dogs. It is easy to get on and off. It is easy and obvious to adjust. It stays adjusted. It is escape proof. It doesn’t hurt my dog. He is easy to gently control my dog with this, I like the orange color. I own a very high energy terrier who jumps, pulls and tries to escape but he’s calmed down to manageable and can walk with some slack on his leash sometimes. It’s a miracle. I hope it’s nice for your dog too. It’s a really good brand. This design is step in then you attach it up between their shoulder blades, it’s got slack until you are walking and then it pulls together.

It’s been almost a year since our purchase of this harness. There hasn’t been a single case of wiggling out or escaping. My pug no longer can pull Houdini moves on us! I was a devoted customer to a previous brand in the past because that worked best for my other dog, but each dog is truly different.My pug also ducked down every time she had an over the head slip on harness (she was like that ever since we got her and we thought she would outgrow it), so this step-in harness is perfect for her. I might buy a new one just to mix up the color, but we absolutely love it. ❤️It’s not exactly 100% “no pull” for us because my pug is stubborn and thinks she’s an Alaskan mush dog, but i think the back extension alleviates SOME of the pull from her chest in comparison to other harnesses we have used.

My Chiweenie, who is also a rescue dog, is still getting used to leashes, harnesses, and walks. This is complicated by the fact that, thanks to her unique build, she is hard to fit for a harness. We love the Gooby harness we've had in the past for our other dogs. This are made very well and worth the money.This harness was very easy to get on my dog, and I was able to adjust it for a proper fit. She has escaped a collar and a inflatable donut, but she has not escaped from this one. She is pulling and it is staying put. However, I am still hesitant to take her outside of the yard in it until she is a bit more acclimated to it.

I recently rescued a chihuahua I found running on the highway, and he is very small and skinny. Both of my cats are bigger than him, including the one of that got spayed WAY TOO YOUNG and never fully had her “puberty” because of it.My dog is deeply traumatized, and he wasn’t reacting very well to having to put on his old harness, freaking out and yelping in fear, because putting it over his head scared him. Based on his total lack of understanding of the outside world, is no survival instincts, and the fact that he couldn’t walk because his nails were too long and look like they never interacted with the floor for more than 20 seconds a day, I think he was a boy dog in a puppy mill. I like that this one just has you put it on the ground, put your dogs, legs in it, and pull it up and around the dog. It’s made getting him in the harness, much easier, and it is very rarely a concern for us.I like the little straps to put your leash on, however, you have to have one with a slightly bigger connecter to make sure that it can get around both rings.My only issue is that it is too big. It does not fit my dog properly, and luckily, he’s pretty good on his walks and doesn’t try to escape, but if he gets scared, his first instinct is to run, and I’m afraid that he is going to accidentally slip out one day while he’s freaking out. I got the extra small harness, and he looks like he can use the size down. There’s a lot of gapping in the front and under the strap that you are not supposed to be able to put your fingers under.Overall, I do like this product, however, I don’t think I can use it on days my dog is more anxious. Hopefully one day it won’t matter or they’ll make another size. Overall I recommend, just not for super super small dogs.

I really like this harness. Hope the plastic rings hold up. I normally use metal rings for attaching leash but will give try. I Like the way harness tightens when needed.Been using over month now!!! Love this harness .. it is definitely worth the buy and I will surely replace with another Gooby product. Step in harness Over the legs and closes on back of neck with adjustable fastener tabs(loosen/tighten). Slip leash into ring above the fastener and I feel 100% safer walking my very impulsive lunger. ( sees and wants to play with 2 outside cats that have no interest in playing with dog). I have told friends at Vet office about it. One lady I met had small dog pull out of other type harness at vet office. After helping catch dog I showed her our Gooby harness and she said she was ordering one for her dog that day!! Thanks

i Have a VERY sensitive little dog who I have been unable to find a suitable harness (for her). This one is perfect! She pulls but it keeps her secure. She walks well with it. GREAT value for the money. One complaint is the connection which might be a problem after a great deal of use as it seems a bit flimsy but we wil see.

Perfect harness! My dog needed a harness after a neck injury and this was perfect! Completely avoided the neck area but she was secure and safe to go out on a leash. Not too tight on her legs.

I was using another escape proof harness that worked great, but they were really binding to the dogs and difficult to get on and off. These are the BEST. They are easy to get on and off, they do not bind the dogs' nether regions and they are noticeably more comfortable on our walks. Thank you Gooby!
