Mine came with it in the box, but didn’t work. May need a new battery.

Is there a warranty, and free return on this?

According to the product documentation, the manufacturer has a 60 day warranty, return for any reason in original packaging with all accessories. Amazon has a 30 day return window. Doesn't look like there are free returns through either party. Might be best to invest in that extra Amazon warranty.

does women size 7 fit well?

I’m a mens size 13 wide and it fits me well. It also fits my wife women size 9

Hi! I cannot post a review yet but mine arrived today with scratches on it. Have any of yours arrived looking used?

I received mine today as a birthday gift. However the box Amazon put it in had a huge gash in it that went through and punctured the box the massager was in as well. Thankfully the company that packaged the massager was good that it didn’t ruin it. I am sorry yours didn’t arrive at 100%. Def talk to Amazon. I had a problem with a different product and they replaced it with no issues. If u didn’t already take pics of the markings on it.
