the watch was a beautiful watch. unfortunately, after wearing it for two days it had lost 30 minutes time twice after being reset. i really wanted the watch so I contacted amazon to return it and get another one. the return instructions said nothing about the item being replaced, only about returning for a refund. I have returned the watch to the seller as instructed. as of today I have heard nothing about the watch being returned for either replacement or refund. the watch was shipped back ondecember3, so it is still a little soon to tell what will happen about the watch and/or my money.
