Measure Amount in Drops
I used 1/2 tablespoon of pistachio for one quart of ice cream. Yes it had a chemical taste, but still edible.Next time, I will use 1/2 teaspoon and add drops if needed. I don't want to overpower the taste of the pistachio nuts.Bottle size:1 ounce

Appealing, Natural Flavor
Used it within a couple of days of getting it, to make cherry chocolate chip ice cream. It lends the perfect natural cherry flavor! It took some fine-tuning to find the right amount. I started small, then added 2 drops more at a time (took several tries) to get the flavor intensity where I wanted it. But in the end, the flavor is delicious, not at all overdone or artificial. I added a tiny, little zip of almond extract, which set off the natural cherry flavor superbly. This is the chef’s kiss!

USE TWO TO THREE DROPS ONLY!!!!
Ok..I wanted to post this as quickly as possible. It seems many arent familiar with these types of extracts. Two to three drops are all that is needed. NOT A TEASPOON!!! This is SUPER STRENGTH!!! This is nothing like a typical extract found at the grocery store. TWO TO THREE DROPS IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED!!!! If you use more than that I cant promise you it will taste like pure chemicals. Hope this helps.... This brand is spot on when used correctly....sincerely a pastry chef...

Meh
I am very disappointed with this flavoring. I make cold brew iced tea by the gallon a few times a week for daily drinking. At the moment I am using 5 lipton tea bags and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and 1 quarter cup of sugar, sometimes a little lemon juice from the bottle per batch. This comes out really nice, good flavor and low sugar. I am looking to add some new flavors to the mix things up and keep the sugar levels low. I've always liked peach iced tea, you know stuff like diet snapple, arizona and crystal light. This flavoring has a really nice sent, it would make a wonderful peach perfume. But it has almost no flavor until you add a lot of sugar. I've been experimenting with dosages and such. As per the instructions I started with a half teaspoon, nice smell, no flavor, so I added an other half, the same. So I added an other teaspoon, bring it up to a 2 teaspoons no of flavoring, difference. Tasting between adjustments with a shot glass. On a hunch I poured a full glass and started adding sugar. After 5 full teaspoons (eating spoon not measuring spoons) of sugar it developed and nice peach flavor. I guess sweet is a more important component then I expected.I think I am just going to make my own syrup by simmering some pureed frozen peaches in extremely low sugar, sugar water. A single peach and a cup or two of water should make enough for two or three gallons of tea. I really want to keep my sugar intake down and avoid artificial sweeteners.

BEWARE! Vile toxic compound
I bought this extract to put in my coffee. When I received it, I wanted to try it so I put a swipe - not even a drop - onto my finger and onto my tongue. My tongue immediately starting burning with all the fires of hell itself. I had to rinse my mouth out for 5 minutes straight just to slightly tame it. That's when I realized that the SS in the description means Supertraquillion Strength. Obviously it was too strong to use on its own so I got the brilliant idea of adding it to milk and then heating the milk up to maybe dissipate the alcohol or to knock the potency down. I used a pint. Not enough. Then I used half a gallon. Still not enough. I added it to a whole gallon and it was still WAY too strong. After heating it up, it stunk my whole house up and made it smell like toilet bowl cleaner. My whole family was walking around with their shirts pulled up over their noses, it was so bad. Finally I figured out the solution: I poured it down the drain. I would not be surprised if the local water treatment plant detected it as nuclear waste. Total waste of money and milk. DO NOT CONSUME EVEN A DROP OFF THIS STUFF WITHOUT PUTTING IT INTO A SERIOUSLY HUGE AMOUNT OF SOME OTHER LIQUID OR FOOD!

Not enough peppermint flavor for my liking.
I wish this had more of a peppermint flavor. The bottle size and price were decent. If you do not want an overpowering mint, then this is good for that purpose.Easy to add to recipes, clear in color so it doesn't change the color consistency. The oil is not really thick, it is more like the consistency of coconut oil .
