What types of comply foam tips will fit these earphones? are there other brands of foam eartips that will fit and what size do i need for the nozzles?

The previous answer is incorrect. Comply tips do not fit these IEMs. They require a wider diameter opening - I have had a very difficult time finding replacement tips.

Connection, how do these connect to the source? Is an additional cable needed to connect to the source? If a cable is included how long is it?

It includes a 2-pin cable with a 3.5mm plug. 3.5mm isstandard size for most portable audio equip. The cable is approx 3ft or 1m long. Definitely buy it !
