中古品が届いた
新品を確かに注文したのに、届いたものは中古品でした。外箱が、無理やり開けて切れてテープでとめたみたいになっていたり、マットが、何度もしなければ付かないような、物を置いた跡がついていたり、動物の毛のようなものが入っていたり、ピースが汚れていたり・・・ひどいです。発送前にちゃんと確認してほしい。返品依頼を出しました。交換対象商品ではないらしく、返品して同じものを注文しなければならないようですが、また同じことが起こるのが怖いので躊躇しています。
