Unpleasant to find out this caused an allergic reaction. I can't tell if I slept better or not. Seemed like my sleep was more disturbed than usual because of the allergy that affected my skin. It made my wrists break out in a bumpy rash and caused some of my fingers to get itchy. I woke up in the middle of the night disturbed by this. It was my first time ever trying this type of product. I've used Vita Sciences products before and this has only happened when I put the product on more sensitive parts of my skin. After a while, using for many days in a row, the rash doesn't happen anymore. In the meantime, I'll keep using this product till my body builds up tolerance, but if the skin rash keeps happening, I will refuse to keep using this and might slow it out.

Really good version of the cream melatonin--best way to use this sleep aid if you do not like pills or drops. Super recommend the easy to use pump and manageable size.

This works! I used to take melatonin pills but I take a shower, put this on, and in 30 min, I’m ready for bed. I’d be buying this again!
