Great Pump..
It sits in the bottom of a creek at a 45° to irrigate my lawn. of coarse I made a screen for it out of 4" PVC also.I have been running 9 impulse heads at 60psi. for 3 years now.

Great 115v deep well pump
This is probably the only 115v 1hp high volume deep well pump out there. It has worked fantastic since I installed it about a month ago. It delivers water volume true to specs. At 140 feet depth it delivers right at 20 gallons per minute using a 1 inch pipe. It also uses less watts than my previous 1/2 hp pump. It is easy to start and runs at about 1,250 watts. It is long and heavy compared to my previous 1/2 hp but its double the performance and less power consumption. I hope it lasts a long time but would not hesitate to buy another one. If you are looking for the simplicity of a 115v deep well pump, this is it.

Poor quality
First off remember if you’re going to install a 220v anything,you can not use thin gage wire. 18g was the pumps intake power supply size if I’m not mistaken. I pulled this pump back up three times troubleshooting it before determining it was probably a defective pump. Would not push water over the well head. I could sit here and write a long story explaining what it was doing but it’s useless to do that. I returned mine.

Pump Worked for Two Months, Now it's dead in the Water
I bought this pump April 15 and today, June 14, it stopped working. It's as dead as can be! I checked the electric wiring and everything I could, and that area is covered, so it's the pump that is faulty. It wasn't a cheap pump, either! I have no clue how to contact the company and can't afford to just go out and buy another. Kinda sucks for me. I do not recommend buying this pump. It was a lot of money and a lot of work just for two months of water.

Looked like a return when I opened it.
One of the end caps was already removed from the tube and laying in the shipping box.I also asked where the pump was manufactured and everything in the question and answers United States. I checked the internet and these are made in china.
