I made some "magnesium oil" with this and massaged my sore foot, and boom, the pain subsided within 5 minutes. Quality is good.

Works Great!!
This is the first time using magnesium flakes. The results are amazing and does ease pain and help with muscle recovery, inflammation, and sleep. I particular found this product a great value.

Magnesium flakes work well for muscle tension
I usually use epsom salts at least twice a week. I have anxiety and that leads to a lot of tension on my muscles. I heard that the flakes can work a little better and I was pleased to see such a good amount for the price! I can't say I noticed MORE relief using the same amount as I usually use of the salts (roughly two cups, I eyeball it) but definitely the same at least which I'm very happy with. I will definitely repurchase!
