Excellent product
Very good quality product, worth for it's price.

Came with plastic risers that broke during dismantling
Overall finish and quality of the product is good and I was happy with the purchase.Things went wrong when I was moving cubicles within office. When I tried taking the trays apart for packing, two of the risers broke. Excessive force was not used but the risers fit tight in the holes made for them.The good thing is that due to the good alignment, I am still able to use the trays. It doesn't hold a lot of items anyway.It should work fine, in case you don't have to dismantle it once you assemble it.

The round plastic pins / distance piece ..not sturdy.. breaks off

Bad quality raisers, can't bear weight
The trays are ok. But the raisers sent along with the product are of poor quality. They say steel raisers in the product info, but the ones sent are made of flimsy cheap plastic that break easily. So the trays can't even bear the weight of a few papers.
