The product is excellent! no doubt about it. Good design, portable and strong. Neat packing, and it comes inside a carry bag (like a guitar bag). It is portable, you can disassemble the unit in couple of minutes and carry it along with you. Another thing is, it can be placed in tight spaces, near to bed, during night it would be extremely useful.I usually don't write reviews like this, I have to say this though, the main reason I am writing this review is because of the after sale support these guys provided. After a month or so they reached out and said few users have reported issues with couple of springs and they have re-designed parts now and will send over complete replacement set for free. Through whatsapp I gave them my address and in few days I got the parts. I have never seen an Indian company doing something like this before (except in auto industry). I have to say that these guys are genuine and sincere. I am very happy. Guys, go for it. This is an excellent product, you will never regret your decision.

Recently moved to a new rented house where there were no hooks to make a ceiling mounted hammock (the traditional way). This hammock perfectly matched my requirement. Installation was easy and the hammock can be used without the bed as well. My 2 month baby is loving it and sleeping comfortably in the same. However, I feel a good product like this is a bit overpriced. Minus the price factor, the product is truly a gift to the new born and I would highly recommend all parents to use a hammock for a newborn's daytime sleep.

Inside it, baby's vision is restricted which helps only when baby sleeps. When baby is awake , he or she do not enjoy being inside as they cannot see anything out of it. The mattress which comes with it is also not useful as babies don't get a firm support and may turn left or right. The hammock is strong, sturdy and looks good but it didn't do the job for us, so we returned it.

I happened to see the benefit of Indian baby Swing(Made of Cotton Cloth) when I visited my parents for couple of days, that is when I realized how easy it is to put the baby to sleep in it that saves us from a lot of trouble. From then on I was looking for a traditional hammock that doesn't need any hooks on the roof. This one does that same vertical swing(like in the traditional swing) and puts the baby to sleep in no time. This is quite sturdy and comes with multiple springs for different weight kids along with a cushion and a carrier.Couple of suggestions for the manufacturer;1. Recommend having a bush for a stable base. It keeps moving with swing hence I am required to keep something on the bottom of the stand or stand on it:). Please do consider2. User manual to assemble is a task to read and decipher and the pictures in the manual does not speak louder than the words. Reconsider the images given there also it would be good if there is a video of assembly and the link could be shared in the manual

The 1st order product looks like old and used paint we’re gone is some in some places and also can see rust in some places so put replace the 2nd looks ok but tough to insert pipes and joint 1st and 2nd both paints were ok not that good . The mosquito net is totally different from the one shown in photo and video

Definitely it was easy to assemble, sturdy and comfortable but I had to return because my baby did not accept it. I can say their customer care is one of the best. It is overpriced, buy it if you have space at home and also for new born so that they accept it well. Manufacturer needs to think about redesigning it's curve as it's too steep.

I had purchased this almost 5 months back and has definitely helped us (as well as our baby) to have sound sleep. This is a really cool kids cradle/hammock to have as it’s- easy to use and assemble- highly sturdy and once dis-assembled, can easily fit into rear boot of a car- the cloth as well as the bed in the hammock is also good.- the spring(s) are also really great if the weight range is followed and changed as per instruction on the weight threshold.In short, would really recommend this product.
