Overall jite quality of the bag is good. Bag is sturdy and size is perfect to carry a lunch for an individual. Quality of zip can be improved as it got off after a week's usage and need to be repaired.

Three Star because the quality is good but the size is not ok for office lunch. Also costly at 227. Otherwise I would have rated 5.

The product was not up to the mark. It was a defective product and the bag was chipped of at places and the bag was also very small a bad buy all over.
