Don't bother...
This might work if you can actually keep it in place so that it can function. It's designed to go underneath your toes but it simply won't stay there and therefore provides no function at all. The difficulty of use makes it poor value for money.

Missing items, package tampered with before packaging

Waste of money!
Useless product! Expensive and does not stick. Complete waste of time. Save your money and go for a different product!

Better off without it
It did stay put but is made out of hard rubber so it makes whatever shoe you use even more uncomfortable.
1. Remove the insert from its packaging. 2. Clean your shoes by removing any dirt or debris from inside the shoe. 3. Place the insert inside your shoe, making sure it fits snug and comfortable. 4. Trim the insert, if necessary, to achieve a custom fit. 5. Wear your shoes with the insert to experience pain relief and improved foot support. We recommend consulting product packaging or manufacturer's instructions for specific use and care details.
Safety Warning

The tackiness of the insert can be compromised if the inside of the shoe is not wiped clean of debris before use. To restore tackiness, please use a clean sanitizing wipe on both the shoe insole, especially in the ball of foot area, and on the bottom of the Ball of Foot insert. This may help restore the tackiness to keep the insert in place during use. We do not normally put adhesive on the bottom of our inserts as that could complicate optimum placement."}},{"@type":"Question","name":"How do these work with Dr. Scholl's arthritis insoles??
