Sharp as heck
This knife is razor sharp and feels well balanced in hand. It’s my first Global brand knife and I’m very impressed with it. I’ll have to see how it compares to my Wustof and Henckels knife after months of use but, so far, I’m happy with the purchase.

Very happy with my purchase
Function over form: this is the most efficient bread-knife I've ever used. It is extremely sharp, heavy and will slice through a loaf with just two thrusts. The angle of blade of handle saves knuckles from scraping on the board or counter. Very happy with my purchase.
