You would not know that it is reduced calorie and carb from the taste but it is. This Hot Chocolate tastes great as you would expect from Swiss Miss. The K-Cups are actually superior to the individual packets in that when brewed, the hot chocolate is not clumpy. It is consistently smooth and well dissolved into the hot water so that it tastes deliciously rich and smooth every time. (The individual packets often do not fully dissolve into water and would often be clumpy). These K-Cups brew correctly every time resulting in a consistency and taste that is just right. If you like a rich chocolate taste, then you will love Swiss Miss Reduced Calorie Hot Chocolate every time. So, right out of the k-cup when brewed is delicious. However, you can also have fun with variations of it if you care to experiment and be adventurous. Topping it off with whip cream and cinnamon or marshmallows is an added bonus and makes for a low calorie desert. Another option that tastes great for those age 21 or over and not driving (LOL) is adding a shot of Rum or Irish Creme. However, you fix it, you are going to love it if you like the taste of chocolate. The K-Cups come double-boxed which is great for protecting your k-cups from damage during shipment, and they always arrive ahead of schedule and fresh. I/we rate "A++"

I am pleased with the fact that the taste is very smooth and rich not week. I have to watch my blood sugar so I'm happy that I can now enjoy a rich cup of hot chocolate.

I bought this hot chocolate at the supermarket at Christmas time and loved it so much I looked for it on Amazon. Was so happy to find it and will keep buying it as long as it's available.A nice change from the traditional hot chocolate and it has little pieces of peppermint that blends well with either hot water or hot milk added. I add a few drops of liquid stevia to make it a little sweeter. If you love the taste of peppermint you will love this!!

This hot cocoa is great. The peppermint adds a bit of extra flavor and mixes smoothly.

This low calorie item is difficult to find in stores near me, and I finally found it at Keurig! I have to consume lower sugar and lesser calorie items and this not only fits the bill but also tastes good! It is less sweetness, but I find it hard to find anything close to decent when it comes to cutting sugar and still tasting even remotely decent. I like this product and the fact it can be pop it in my Keurig…. I’ve been searching for and couldn’t find anywhere but Keurig! Stocking up!
