Q: Is this $32 for one bottle? or is this a 3 bottle pack? it doesnt’ say.

This is for four (4 )11 ounce bottles

Q: Anyone else have a hard time getting the pump to work the first time?

It seems to me every other bottle has a pump that doesn't work. I put a top from a shampoo bottle on mine and it is much easier to simply squeeze out the product in my hand then struggle with the pump. I love the product too much to stop using it because of the pump issues.

Q: I've noticed the packaging has changed.....what is listed on Amazon vs. KMF website, so how old is this product?

The product I received from Amazon is the same as the KMF product I buy at Whole Foods. The packaging may have changed but its the same stuff I've been using for the past 15 years.
