I have been taking Iodoral for some time to help supplement my hypo-thyroid issue. It is the only formula that I have tried or seen that perfectly combines Iodine and Iodide which really both are needed. I think most people should be on this supplement even if they have a healthy thyroid. It may help to keep it more active and healthy. Iodine/Iodide is not as well known as it should be and is a very healthy and needed supplement in so many different ways. Highly recommend this particular product since it is the best I have seen and I have tried many. My doctor also recommended Iodoral too.
