Lock is good but the metal sheet used for housing is very thin, could be better if it is 1 or 2 mm more thick.

Scam on name of warranty
Very poor experience,When I bought feel that it ia reputed company so lock is good but its not working after 5 months.I see that it has 5 years warranty which is big scam. I call to customer care and they asking me to pay 550 rs to visit technician.I bought lock at around 1k but when have problem technician charged 550 rs
