I bought this for my boyfriend who snores so loud, and it has helped open his nostrils to snore less. I even started using the product to help me get better sleep.

These only stayed on about half the night. I clean my nose very well before applying and I had to add a second every time I used them. I've used the name brand and store brands of others and most work well. These I don't recommend.

These were recommend to me by my son. They do not slip off the nose and work as described. Howeer I gave the package to my son since it was taking my skin off. My skin is too old for adhesive this strong. If you have younger or oily skin this should be perfect for you.

To be honest they stay on long enough to get me to sleep other than that they don't stay on all night. I use rubbing alcohol to rub down my nose before I apply them and they just don't stay on all night . It's to bad because it's a get value for the money. You get quite a few of them. .....but I will not be buying them again.

I have used nose strips for many years to help me sleep. I've used several brands. These are large enough to work, The glue could be a bit stronger, but they don't hurt to take off in the morning. If I clean and dry my nose well before I put them on, they stay on all night. These are much cheaper than the brand names and even the store brands and they still work.

I have a deviated septum and this works great for sleeping
