Keep in mind it maybe a refurbished one
I bought 3 of these for my business and they work perfectly as a new one. The battery life maybe has a bit different than the new one but you have to pay attention to it to see the difference. Be aware that when setting up it will have a lot battery consuming which is normal due to the processing and downloading data. That means it is not a battery defected. The accessories are not OEM one so do not expect too much since you are buying a renewed one, not the new one. Overall they are great for daily use and nothing complaint with it.

Great refurbished product!
I had a great experience purchasing a refurbished iPad. Works and looks like new. I’ve been using it for several months without a single issue!

defective batteries
save your money and buy elsewhere. The batteries completely shot on this thing and even if you manage to charge it to 100% as soon as you take it off the charger it will die randomly. I meant to return it but forgot save yourself from $100 paperweight.

It’s fine for children
It’s okay for a child which is what I purchased it for. However they don’t inform you that it could have been engraved at one point to which they just etch it out.. which is okay because it has a children’s case on it so you can’t see it.The battery life is decent.. sort of..the charger that it comes with is after market, also, fine.The only thing I’m really upset about is it does not update to iOS 17 the farthest it will go is 15 so be prepared. I wish I would have realized that before I bought it because I would have just gotten a different one.It’s fine for what we use it for, all in all

Perfect condition
I needed and older IOS version for specific apps so I ordered the mini 4. It was in perfect condition and was reset to factory like a brand new item.

Good deal, almost new
Everything works great, one small scratch on screen, but otherwise great deal. They even provided return shipping stuff in case I needed to send back. 3rd party charger and cable, but at least it’s new.

Amazon prime refurb is a safe bet!
If there’s a problem amazon is quick to take care of it for you! Battery life isn’t the greatest but only the late 2019’ devices have had tech breakthroughs that allows for exceptional battery life. Picture is very pretty and there is no gap between the screen and glass like most of the other iPad models.
