I finally had gotten what I had always wanted for years. I can't wait to make my homemade yeast rolls. That's the first thing I want to make in it. Next, I'll make a sweet potatoes pie. I can save a lot of time using this now.

This mixer is powerful enough for bread dough and cookie dough. I have mixed bread dough several times and am happy with the mixer. However, the top half of the unit does tend to shake quite a bit, probably due to the imbalance of the dough. It seems to be a bit loud but not too terrible. This mixer is a bargain and I would recommend it to everyone.

I ordered this mixer a while ago and wanted to use it more than a few times before I write a review.So here I go:The color is stunning and I love it. The suction is very strong, which keeps the mixer from dancing all over the counter while being used. Best thing is that there's no extra procedure to make sure it has a good suction, just put it on the surface and done. It can make it difficult to just push it out of the way, you have to pick it up. This is not a light mixer, it is very sturdy and has some weight to it.I used it for bread dough several times and this mixer has the power needed to actually knead the dough until well combined. The breads came out great, there were a few loaves of gluten free bread as well.The attachments feel light, but they are doing their job well. So far they are holding up and are easy to clean.The mixing bowl has a sharp edge, at least mine does, so I have to be careful. It seems the edge wasn't quite bent more round towards the outside of the bowl to hide the edge. It doesn't bother me and it's only in one area. Cleaning the bowl is easy. I handwash everything after use. I have a dishwasher, but I don't use it for cookware and bakeware.The splash cover for the bowl makes mixing less messy, I usually use the "door" opening for wet ingredients. There's not much room to add flour and it tends to create a mess. I just push the arm up to add large quantities of ingredients and scrape the sides of the bowl lol.The mixer is not really big or too heavy, it's easy to move it, besides the absolutely amazing suction lol, it definitely has made my baking adventures way more fun and less strenuous, I had a hand mixer before.I love the power it packs, my research didn't disappoint me. Trying to find a stand mixer that's powerful and not too heavy is a challenge.A friend let me try his stand mixer, not naming names but it's the brand you find everywhere in stores, and his mixer is about double the size and very heavy. The suction was rather cumbersome to achieve on his kitchen counter and it seemed to struggle with the task. I didn't check, but I am sure my wee mixer has more power.All in all I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to more baking adventure, once it cools down outside lol.

I've had this mixer for a month or so and it's working like a beast. I use it constantly for whipping butter my business. It hasn't over heated at all even after 20 minutes of non-stop mixing. The speeds are good and the plastic cover is tight when closed. The three attachments it came with work but I do wish they were a bit bigger to come closer to the sides of the bowl. I was everything by hand and they've held up great.I'm giving it a 5 star because it's been a work horse for me and save my arms a lot of pain! If anything changes i'll write another review but so far im so happy with this purchase.

I simly love this mixer i use it all the time i use it even when i don't really need to. It is well built and very durable have had it for awhile now with no issues.. Would recommend

I purchased this red stainless steel mixer based on it claiming its 500 watts. This item is only 350 watts!!! It not only states it on the box, but in the manual.It can only run for 7 minutes before requiring a 40 minute break.I would had NEVER bought this item if it stated the true capacity.Very low quality item. Out of the box it has marks all over the red stainless steel. The plastic housing also has large unsightly marks right at the front of the machine. The accessories are also low quality. Scratches all over the aluminum mixing components. Scratches all over the plastic shield. The included spatula, while a nice idea, is a hard inflexible plastic rendering it useless.If you expect to use this mixer for making dough or meringues, look elsewhere.Extremely unhappy as I need the mixer this weekend and packing it back up is difficult and time consuming.Zero stars. Do not purchase. They are selling a very low quality item and trying to pass it off as something competent.The only nice part is the bowl. It has a nice size and weight to it. It won't be easily knocked over. It's not scratched or dinged like everything else for the mixer and accessories.Embarrassing this is sold as new. The value for this item is very low. If you need a toy or light mixing ability maxing at 7 pitiful minutes, this may be for you.
