ASA Student Pilot Kit

I had already taken an on-line course and passed, but still was not confident to take the actual test without working with a physical plotter and flight computer. Plus, having a full text that I could highlight areas I was weak on was so much better than trying to sort it out on-screen. One suggestion: Include an aeronautical sectional chart in the package and have questions make use of it. That would be so much more realistic than working off a page with a tiny part of a sectional.

It has everything anyone needs to start training as a pilot. Whether in it for recreation or as a possible career, this kit has everything you will need to get started!

The books are later editions than what is pictured on the product page. This kit is missing the student pilot guide. I primarily got the kit because it contained some of the books I was shopping for along with a few extra.

this kit is just what i wanna buy, since i didn't wanna spend too much money before really got into a pilot school. This one is a little bit an old version, but good enough for beginers.

The image shows it comes with maneuver book for High-Wing aircraft. Instead, this came with the maneuver book for low-wing aircraft. Not particularly helpful as I'm learning in a C172
