Mat is easy to clean and of good size. The pattern is colorful but neutral and doesn’t overwhelm the room. It has withstood a rambunctious 1 and 2 yr old and has broken a few falls, the mat is soft enough to lessen the incidents. We had a flood and it ruined our 1st mat, I quickly reordered a new one as it is a necessity in our living room on hardwood floors.

This one checked off almost every box.CHEMICALS: I can't speak to how or what it actually was made from, but based on the information provided, it seemed in line with the others that self-identified as "NON-TOXIC"THICKNESS: it's thick enough to create cushion on our hardwood floors. Our little one is an independent sitter, but occasionally flails and bonks her headSTORAGE: easily folds and could be stored on it's own or it also comes with a travel/storage bagVISUALS: we got the alphabet animal print and it's cute, but also fun to teach our girl the alphabet and different animals that start with each letterTEXTURE: for babes learning to roll/crawl/sit, the texture offers ok grip (it's not sticky like a yoga mat, but that works for us because it makes it easy for our daughter to rotate on her belly). The texture also proved to be super entertaining for our daughter to scratch at and feelDURABILITY: we've only had it for 2 months, but it's held up great so far. No peeling edges or anything that I saw with others after a short while. This had the best reviews from folks. Our 80lb dog has stepped on it a few times and no huge punctures.COST: this wasn't the cheapest we could find, but given the boxes it checked it was WAY cheaper than a lot of the comparable ones. We paid $60 and others were upwards of $100-200 😵‍💫.

The mat is thicker than I expected it to be and is padded well. As a mom of 2 under 2, I feel like it keeps the kids safe from falling on the hard flooring as they learn to walk and its also more comfortable for me to sit on and play with them. Folds up easily so it can be taken on the go. We've used it in the playroom for 4 or 5 months now and it does not peel crack or fade even after having so many kids use it. Very easy to clean. Very good value.

Our mat is holding up really well, even with a scratching cat in the house. While there are a few punctures, you cannot tell because of the pattern and material. We’ve taken our mat outside in the grass, on the driveway, and used it under the high chair for easy clean up. I love that it comes with a bag for easy travel.

Fav mat ever! Super cute, super nice! Great material! I only wish they had this exact one in different sizes!
