A great solution to a very real problem
In this day and age, there are so many devices on an average desk, that you're unlikely to be able to avoid a multi-gang socket, well here's a solution to it sliding around the desk or untidily dumped on the floor. What this does is allow, you via the use of a couple of wing nuts, to bolt the mounts to the mounting screw holes for your gang socket, then you can mount this to your desk, the sockets are now mounted at the perfect angle to access them and neatly at the end of your desk.It comes with a couple of different style screws, so if the mounting hole isn't deep or has limited capacity, you can use an alternative, and so far for me, every one I've tried works great. Why would you choose this over the other options with built-in mounts, for me I can use my own reliable gang sockets, so you can use a nice UL certificated socket, rather than one you don't know the quality and more importantly you can use things like a TP-Link Kasa device, as in my photos, which isn't available with a mount.

When are they going to be restocked?
Have ordered a number of these after my first purchased. This power strip/surge protector clamp has been the best I’ve tried when attaching to them to desk or other flat edge like shelves, media center or bookshelves. The material does not feel cheap whatsoever; metal not plastic. Tried to order more for the holidays for work and colleagues but notice they been out of stock for a bit. Hopefully they get place back in the market.

Genius
I started out looking for a power strip that could be mounted with clamps, before eventually coming across this item that allows you to mount anything (with keyhole screw mounts) with a non-destructive clamp. That in turn let me get the type of power strip I actually wanted and placed where I needed. The clamps are designed for usage on the edge of the desk, but can work on any flat surface. In my case, they fit perfectly on the railing above/behind my desk providing easy access to outlets. The only minor annoyance with these is the difficulty in mounting it to your chosen device. The simple screw+wingnuts are effective, but a bit awkward to align properly (and then tighten before slipping out again). I also wish that the clamp screw knobs were considerably shorter, but for most people the knobs will be hidden under the table and not noticeable.

Perfect solution
On my craft desk I constantly switch from one tool to another that needs plugged in. And I have a lighted magnifier, a desk lamp, my laptop computer, and a tablet. So a 12 plug power strip is my friend. These clamps allow me to free up desk space to work. Easy install and holds the power strip secure.

Awesome Idea Perfectly Executed
I can't believe something so simple could make my life so much easier. I build and repair computers and I am constantly plugging and unplugging power cords. With these clamps my power strip is always firmly attached to the desk and I can plug and unplug with one hand. No crawling around in the dimly lit area under it banging my head. If/when this power strip fails I can simply remove the clamps from the old one and attach them to the new one, easy peasy. Very well made of thick steel with padding where it attaches to the power strip and the desk. Will work with any power strip that has mounting holes. I love these!

Really tidies up my desk
I hated the way my power strip laid on its side, pulled by cords, out of reach behind my monitor. I was looking on Amazon for power strips and didn't even realize some smart person had invented these. All I knew was that certain power strips had a clamp attached, which would be better for my desk, but cost double what this PAIR of sturdy clamps does. It was a bit fussy attaching each clamp to the mounting holes on the power strip, but once done, it was easy to tighten the clamps to my desk edge. The strip is now much more accessible and sturdy to plug & unplug as needed.

It works.
This clamp works very well on my standing desk. A very smart design and very stable.Actually it contains only two clamps, the price is expensive, but I cannot find a cheaper alternative on Amazon.I am using APC Surge Protector PH12, now I have 12 outlets on my standing desk, and only one power cord connected from my desktop to the power plate. It is much easier to manage the power cables on desktop from monitors, speakers, amplifiers, chargers, switch, laptop, etc.

Works very well…
I purchased the same ones for work, to hold our power strips. Liked them so much,I bought them for my computer room at home and recommended them to friends. They do what they are intended to do. They hold the strip firmly in place. Love em, buy em. 👍
