I have been very sastisfied with it , I've taken it for years not a sick day. I went to a smaller bottle fresher that way. Reasonable diet is important this helps when you can't have a reasonable diet.

Good product which has many vitamins/minerals, but could you pleaseonly make the tablets of that size either coated or soft-gel as they aremuch easier to swallow. Thankyou. :) !
